Be aware that some applications, such as Numbers, might not include this drop-down. If you click on it, you’ll be able to select multiple choices, including emailing your PDF. In the lower left-hand corner, you’ll notice the PDF drop-down menu. Now, you’ll notice the appearance of a Print Options dialog box.
